So many technical problems. Quality is terrible.
HDD (3tb) failed less than a year after purchase.
Seagate (manufacturer of HDD) said this drive went out of warranty in 2016.
The headline says 4k, with pic showing 3TB hard drive, but it is 2k with 2TB hard drive.
Three of my cameras went out at the same time and the other 5 cameras go in and out randomly.
Zero response from customer support.
They are using old refurbished parts and don’t stand behind their warranty.
Item arrived in an obviously used condition. Many pieces were missing, including the 52V power adapter required to operate the NVR.
DVR stopped playing recordings after about a month.
